Part time bookkeeper position available. Hours vary based on agreed schedule. Seeking 2-3 days a week. Location in Strongsville.
Handling various types of clients and all aspects of bookkeeping
Preparing payroll
Researching and writing memos
Bank Reconciliations
Preparing reports
General office administrative duties
Skills Required:
Complete understanding of Quickbooks required. Expert of Pro Advisor a plus
At least 3 years bookkeeping experience
Proficient accounting experience needed.
Outstanding verbal communication and written English skills.
Excellent organizational, follow up skills.
Professional, dependable, excellent accuracy, attention to detail and a fast learner.
Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.
A team player
Accounting or Finance Degree, CPA a plus
Payroll experience a benefit.
General office admin skills
